Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that custom-made items cannot be returned.

2. Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Exchanges:
If you received a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.

4. Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safe returns.
